These sublimated patches on twill or polyester are custom manufactured to display detailed, full color artwork with smooth color transitions and fine detail. They are commonly used for apparel, uniforms, hats, backpacks, and branding programs where photographic images, gradients, or complex designs are required.Artwork is reproduced using a dye sublimation process that permanently infuses the design into a twill or polyester fabric base. This process allows full color coverage without stitching limitations, resulting in a lightweight patch with a smooth surface and consistent color reproduction.Sublimated patches can be produced in custom shapes and sizes and are available with multiple backing options to support different application needs. Common backing options include sew-on, heat seal (iron-on), adhesive (peel and stick), and hook and loop fasteners.
